Recently, the shaanxi provincial department of science and technology announced the evaluation results of the 2020 basic natural science research program of shaanxi province, and the "research on adaptive real-time detection of underwater weak magnetic anomalies based on scalar magnetometer array" led by fan liming, a young teacher at the Qingdao research institute of northwestern polytechnical university, was funded by the youth project. This project aims at developing the core scientific problems and key technical means in the information detection of underwater weak magnetic anomalies, and carries out the research on the adaptive real-time detection method of underwater weak magnetic anomalies. The research results of this project are helpful to improve the perception ability of underwater weak magnetic anomaly information and provide certain theoretical guidance and effective methods for the acquisition of underwater magnetic anomaly information in a large range.
As an important force in the development of Qingdao research institute, young teachers are an important part of the research institute teachers, and their growth is related to the future and development of the research institute. Qingdao research institute attaches great importance to the training and development of young teachers, and actively promotes young teachers to study actively in daily teaching practice and application for scientific research projects, so as to guide young teachers to grow up quickly and healthily. Fan liming, a young teacher of the research institute, was previously supported by the 2019 national natural science foundation youth project, and this time, he was also funded by the shaanxi provincial basic natural science research program youth project in 2020, which is conducive to promoting the growth and development of young teachers and promoting the output of scientific research results as soon as possible.
